How Users Can Delete Their Account

Once the deletion request is approved, WorkMood removes the account and the personal data associated with it from active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business obligations.

Account and personal data are generally deleted within 7-30 working days after the request is verified.

  • Refund reviews, payment reconciliation, or compliance checks can also delay final deletion.
