- WorkMood only enables users to discover and connect with each other for work opportunities
All services, agreements, and interactions occur directly between workers and hirers.
3. User Eligibility
a. Workers
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must complete profile verification
- Must provide valid Government ID
b. Hirers
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally capable of entering into a contract
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activities under their account
WorkMood is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
5. Platform Usage Model
WorkMood operates on a platform fee-based model.
- Workers required to pay a platform service fee after receiving work through the platform
- Platform fee apply only when a work is facilitated via WorkMood

- WorkMood does not guarantee work availability
- WorkMood does not guarantee earnings or outcomes
6. Payments
- Payments for services are handled directly between workers and hirers
- WorkMood does not manage or guarantee these payments
- WorkMood does not act as a payment intermediary, escrow service, or marketplace for financial transactions.
- Workers are responsible for paying applicable platform fee after successful work engagement
7. Platform Circumvention (Anti-Bypass Policy)
Users agree not to bypass the platform to avoid paying platform fee.
Prohibited actions include:
- Sharing contact details to avoid platform usage
- Directly engaging outside the platform after connection
Violation may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
8. User Responsibilities
Workers must:
- Provide accurate information
- Perform services legally and responsibly
- Maintain professional behavior
Hirers must:
- Provide accurate work details
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Treat workers fairly
9. Identity Verification
- Workers must complete ID verification
- ID is used only for verification and handled per Privacy Policy
Verification does not guarantee background checks or user reliability.
10. Ratings, Reviews & Moderation
Users may rate and report each other.
WorkMood may take action including:
- Warning
- Suspension
- Permanent ban
All actions are taken to maintain platform safety.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Provide false information
- Commit fraud or misuse
Violation may lead to immediate termination.
12. Disputes Between Users
- WorkMood is not a party to user disputes
- Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly
WorkMood may provide limited support but does not guarantee resolution.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- WorkMood is not liable for user conduct
- WorkMood is not liable for service quality or outcomes
- WorkMood is not liable for payment disputes between users
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. On-Site Risk & Safety
Users acknowledge that services may involve physical interaction and associated risks.
Users are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WorkMood harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Disputes with other users
16. Suspension & Termination
WorkMood may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or misuse is detected
- Safety concerns arise
17. Data & Privacy
User data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18. Notifications
Users agree to receive:
- OTPs
- Service-related notifications
19. Intellectual Property
All platform content belongs to WorkMood.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
20. No Warranty
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
WorkMood does not guarantee:
- Platform availability
- Accuracy of listings
- Successful outcomes
21. Cancellation
WorkMood is not responsible for cancellations or related losses between users.
22. Force Majeure
WorkMood is not liable for failures caused by events beyond control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Technical failures
- Internet disruptions
23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kolkata, India.
